A tea strainer for every occasion
We have tea strainers that fit most teapots or tea for one set.
People who never really had the pleasure to drink loose-leaf tea are often hesitant as they are unsure how to prepare it. And it is really simple. Put the amount of tea needed in the strainer basket, put it in your teapot or tea for one set and pour hot water over it. The water temperature might be different depending on what tea you are using. Green tea, for example, is usually never made with boiling water as it will turn the tea bitter. Once your tea has steeped, you take out the infuser and can enjoy a perfect cup of tea. Very easy, don’t you think?
Good to know
These strainers are mostly for teapots or tea for one set. Only the strainer XL can be used in wide mugs. As shown below, all other strainers are unsuitable for mugs, as they will drop in.
If you want to use it mostly with a mug, we suggest our Celtic Strainer, which has two handles and sits nicely on a cup. The good thing is, it is also suitable for most teapots!
