Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods..

As a small family business, we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch. Royal Mail collections from our shop take place at around 11:00 am, and orders received shortly before collection may be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.

 

Delivery within the UK

We currently send all UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Orders over £40 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK.

If you require a different delivery option, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 refer to the postal service selected once your parcel has been dispatched. They do not guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch from our shop.

International Orders

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes and any local handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary from country to country and are outside our control.

Shipping to the USA

At present, we have suspended shipping to the USA.

Due to the extensive manual administration now required for every shipment, we are unfortunately unable to offer this service as a small family business.

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment and thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Times

Although most UK deliveries arrive within a few working days, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather, ferry disruptions or postal delays—particularly as we are based in the Outer Hebrides.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate.
