How to order
Unfortunately this is not possible.
We are only a small business with maximum two staff working at the shop. None of us is a full time operator who would be able to take your call and process the order.
As we do not wish you to wait until we have everything set up for taking your order, we kindly ask you to use our website for your orders.
Yes, you can do that. We do understand, that ordering over the website can sometimes be a bit overwhelming and we are more than happy to help you.

- first and last name
- your address inclusive postcode
- a valid email address
- optional a phone/mobile number, in case we would need to contact you about your order
As soon as we have received your order, we shall send you an invoice with a link to pay. Please do not send us any credit or debitcard information!!
We use either Stripe or PayPal as payment processor. Both methods are safe and secure.
We will not save any information on our server or our website.
Once you have paid the invoice and the payment has cleared, we will ship your items.
Yes, we do frequently ship to the USA.
Please be aware, that the postage can be quite eye-watering, but there is nothing we can do about it unfortunately.

Before you order, please make sure that none of the ingredients are restricted for import to your country.
You can find the ingredients of each tea in the description of the product listing. So far we did not have any problems when sending to Australia or New Zealand.
Also, there might be a restriction on how much tea you are allowed to order in for personal use. The last time we checked it was around 800g of tea, but that might have changed.
To avoid any problems at customs, please do your research BEFORE you order, thank you.
