This marvellous Oolong tea comes from the province of Fujian in China, which is well-known for its fabulous teas. It is a half-fermented tea with tightly rolled leaves that have been steamed over milk to give it its unique flavour.
This tea is extraordinarily mild and has a sweet, flowery taste. It is also relatively low in caffeine.
