Tie Guan Yin Oolong – the Iron Goddess of Mercy
An iconic treasure among Chinese teas, Tie Guan Yin (also known as Tieguanyin or Tien Kuan Yin) is a semi-oxidised oolong that bridges the richness of black tea with the freshness of green. Grown in the misty hills of Anxi, in China’s Fujian province, this tea is revered as one of China’s ten most famous teas.
