Assam BOP Bukhial –  a strong Assam tea

The Bukhial Tea Estate is situated in the Golaghat District and was founded in 1920 on behalf of the McNeil & Berry Company.
On about 570 ha, we are getting high-quality Assam teas.  One of these qualities is this rough and regularly grainy CTC.
The cup colour reminds of dark teak wood tones, and the infusion is bright crimson and develops savoury peaty notes.
The brew is strong and malty.
This tea is replacing the Namdang tea we were selling before. The taste is similar but still different if that makes sense. If you liked the Namdang, we are sure that you will be very happy with the Bukhial.
