This caffeine-free herbal infusion combines time-honoured calming herbs:
– Valerian root and passionflower – often used for their natural sleep-supporting properties
– Lemon balm and peppermint – gentle and soothing with a fresh finish
– Fennel, caraway, and aniseed – helping to relax both body and digestion
– Rosehip, rosemary, and marigold blossoms – for balance and subtle floral notes
