Jade Jasmine Pearls, also known as Phoenix Dragon Pearls
These beautiful tea pearls have an intense and enticing fragrance.
The manufacturing of this tea is an art in itself. The tea leaves are layered with jasmine blossoms so the leaves can soak up the jasmine oils. This is repeated several times. The leaves are then carefully rolled into tiny pearls, which unfold when steeped in water.
Ingredients:
Green tea from China, jasmine flowers
Preparation:
1 tsp per cup, roughly 2-3 g
80°C hot water
steep for 2-3 minutes
can be steeped several times. Let it steep a bit longer with every infusion
