We made some changes to our shipping options.
The strike from Royal Mail brought a lot of strain on small businesses like ourselves. Orders got massively delayed or have still not been delivered. Especially our customers in the USA or Canada were struggling to get their items before Christmas, although they had ordered within a reasonable time frame. Usually, it would not have been a problem, but not last year. When we noticed the delivery was struggling, we brought in additional shipping options.
I sympathise and can understand the frustration, but please, we did everything we could to ship as soon as possible. Once the items have left our shop, we have no further influence on delays or the speed of transport.
To improve our service, we made the following changes:
Royal Mail: items are now sent either tracked 24 or tracked 48. Track24 aims to deliver the next working day, and track48 within two days. With these services, you will also get an automated email from Royal Mail with your tracking number. This way, you will be able to track your parcel and see the status of your delivery.
Evri: We also offer to ship with Evri (the new Hermes). From experience, I can confirm that it is hit-and-miss. Some orders were there very fast, and others seemed lost but eventually turned up.

As you can see, you now have various shipping options that you can use.
Deliveries to the USA and Canada
We are still offering deliveries with Royal Mail. However, we suggest you pay a bit more and use UPS instead.
UPS offers fast delivery all over the USA and Canada, so if you need your package faster, this is the best option. On top of that, UPS has secure and reliable tracking for all packages, so you can always know where your parcel is at any time.
