Pick one of our fabulous Christmas hampers for a perfect gift this year
The Christmas period is for every business one of the most busiest time of the year. That of course was something I was looking forward to. On the other hand, it will also be the first ever Christmas season in my small shop. And that is something I find pretty much very scary.
Have I already mentioned that I am German and not Scottish? This is also the reason why I do not really know the tradition of giving gift hampers to loved ones, friends, families, neighbours, business clients etc. So when the lady in the neighbouring shop asked me if I would be making Christmas hampers I looked a bit confused. And then I thought “oh yes, I will!”
Here are a few pictures of some of the hampers which are available in store. Next year I probably will also be able to offer to post them, we will see how this will work.

There are so many things available in the shop which you can put in the hampers. Apart from our delicious teas like e.g. the Scottish Breakfast Tea “Madainn Mhath” or the fabulous An Taigh Dubh – The Blackhouse Tea .
Continental confectionery – simply the best
We also stock handpicked continental confectionery like WhiteSoft Nougat Montelimar Style or White Soft Cranberry Nougat. We also stock the famous “Dresdner Stollen”, which we get from a small bakery in Dresden, Germany. So you can be sure that this is the real deal. There are two varieties available: original German Stollen with raisins or original German Stollen with marzipan .
If you are more into biscuits we can help as well. Would you love Dutch caramel swirls or Dutch cinnamon sticks? They are both really delicious.
