Important Shipping Update – Orders to the USA and US shipping tariffs update

Due to recent changes in US import tariffs introduced under the Trump administration, we have temporarily paused standard shipping to the United States.

As part of our ongoing communication, we want to ensure you are aware of the US shipping tariffs update and how it affects your orders.

It is essential to understand that these so-called “tariffs” are not paid by the seller, but by the importer, which, in the case of online orders, is you, the customer.

Understanding Recent Changes: US Shipping Tariffs Update

Early information suggests that these tariffs could be around 20%, and there may also be a minimum fee applied by US customs (sources vary, and we’re still awaiting confirmation). Unfortunately, these additional charges would need to be paid by the customer before goods can be released for delivery.

If you still wish to place an order, you may do so only on the understanding that:

  • You agree to pay all tariffs, duties, and any other customs charges applied by the US authorities.

  • You will not refuse delivery or return items due to these charges.

If you accept these conditions and would like to place an order to the USA, please use our contact form to get in touch with your request. We will then manually arrange and process your order, as these shipments require a different handling process.

We know this is frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will resume regular shipping as soon as it’s practical and fair for our US customers.
