New payment options are now available on the website.
Since a couple of weeks we are working hard to give you the best online shopping experience. To make things easier for you we decided to opt in for different payment options.
So far when you went to order your loose leaf tea or whole bean gourmet coffees on the website of the Hebridean Tea Store you had the choice between paying with Paypal or by BACS.
On our website you can now also pay with your debit or credit cards.

We want that you feel safe and secure when shopping for loose leaf tea online and have therefore teamed up with one of the leading card payment companies, Worldpay.
Whenever you make a payment on our website you will be forwarded during the checkout to the secured payment website of Worldpay who will then lead you through the payment process. After you made your payment you will be directed back to our website.
We do not store any of your card details on our website. All payment information is going through Worldpay which can assure you of the highest security levels available.
Prefer To Speak To Someone?
Sometimes it can be helpful to speak to someone over the phone. Maybe ask a question about an item you wish to purchase or anything else. That is fine, we do understand that.
Please keep in mind: we are a small business and do not have call enter somewhere else in the world. We are operating from a small shop in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. If the shop is very busy we won’t be able to take your call right away. To make things a bit easier, we have our free phone number 0800 228 9294 on which you will be able to call us free from a landline. If we cannot pick up the phone, please leave your message, your name and your phone number and we will be back in touch as soon as possible. Our business hours can be found on the website and we can only take your telephone calls during these times.
Unfortunately our system is not set up for taking orders over the phone right away. With our current set up it is always a bit complicated .If you wish to do so, please leave a message or use our contact form and we shall try to get back to you as soon as we can.
