This rare Vietnamese tea is robust, expressive and sweet.
It grows in Tam Duong, Lai Chau. The leaf is elegantly twisted and has golden tips.
The cup is a bright copper red.
Unlike other black teas, Kim Tuyen’s fermentation process takes 1.5 to 2 days. This results in a particularly gentle aroma.
