Scottish Afternoon Tea “Feasgar Math”
An aromatic Assam blend, full leaves, delicious with some milk or without.
This blend has many golden-brown leaf tips and a classical, strong and spicy taste.
“Feasgar Math” means “Good Afternoon” in Scottish Gaelic. And this tea blend really ideal to drink in the afternoon, maybe with a scone and jam. Or just as a refreshment.
Ingredients:
Black tea from Assam, India
Preparation:
1 tsp per cup, 4-5 per litre
100°C boiling hot water
steep for 3-5 minutes

This is one of the best afternoon teas I’ve ever had. Full-bodied, and absolutely delicious. It’s a great choice for afternoon tea.
