Isle of Harris Tea™ – part of the Island Range
What comes to mind when you are thinking of the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides?
An island with beautiful sandy beaches on the west coast, which are among the most beautiful beaches in the world, mind you! But also stones, rocks and a rugged coastline in the east.
The Isle of Harris has charm and wild, natural beauty that inspired us to blend this great tea here.
Like the island itself – a lot of substance and rough around the edges.
The Isle of Harris Tea™ is a good, strong Assam blend with a hint of smoke (Lapsang Souchong) to honour the peat which is still cut on the island today.
Ingredients:
Black tea from China and India, Lapsang Souchong
Preparation:
1 tsp per cup, 4-5 per litre
100°C boiling hot water
steep 3-5 minutes

Bought this while on holiday in May. Beautiful flavour, best taste when left to brew for 5 mins before drinking. Would recommend to tea lovers.
