MacGintea & Tonic – The Non-Alcoholic G&T Experience

Ingredients:

• 1 heaped teaspoon of MacGintea

• 200 ml boiling water

• Ice cubes or frozen lemon slices

• Tonic water (classic or flavoured – your choice)

• Fresh garnish: cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, or citrus slice

Instructions:

1. Brew MacGintea in 200 ml of boiling water for 5–7 minutes.

2. Let it cool, then pour over ice in a tall glass.

3. Top up with tonic water (roughly 100 ml, or to taste).

4. Garnish with something fresh—cucumber, a lemon twist, or a mint sprig.

5. Stir gently and enjoy your sparkling, alcohol-free botanical refresher!
