Facebook is driving me up the walls!
Imagine, you are a small business. Imagine further, that you are spending hours and hours to get your website in top shape, to get your social media presence built up nicely and at the same time do other business related works as well.
And then, out of the blue, some total idiot turns up and hacks into your private profile on Facebook, manages to get access to your business pages, blocks your access to your business pages and deletes you as admin.
This is what happened to me and my business pages on Facebook last week. I managed to notice this very fast, luckily, got him kicked him off the page, stopped all the nonsense he was about to start (which most likely would have bankrupted me and so on.
Since then, since 29th of March, I am trying to get my pages on Facebook back. As an admin, so that I can continue.
Facebook however, is sending me from pillar to post, not helping me in the slightest. I am getting the same standardised answers from their so called “support”. A support, that does not even remotely deserve that name, as they are doing sweet all. I am still waiting for an answer to my last email three days ago.
There is not decent customer service, no way of speaking over the phone or via chat. Facebooks lets you jump through hoops and does absolutely nothing to help. I am so angry and sick to my back teeth with them.
In the meantime I am trying to add to twitter and instagram, but all my lovely customers who might try to get in touch with me via the FB messenger, won’t get a reply as I am unable to access them. This is not only annoying, it is devastating.
I have no idea what else I can do 🙁
