Mug Starry Night van Gogh

There have been various interpretations. Unfortunately, van Gogh had a lifelong battle with mental health problems. While seeking respite in an asylum in Southern France, he had a good view of the surrounding countryside from his window. The picture is a thoughtful reflection of what he saw during nighttime. Who owns the original Van Gogh starry night?

After his death, his brother inherited his paintings and later his brother’s wife, Jo. To make van Goghs pictures more prominent, she strategically sold some of his artworks to museums and art collectors. Today, the painting can be seen in the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
